Adriana Maria Jacoba Troost (Van de Berg) Troost, 93, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday June 29th. Born in the Netherlands on April 6th 1929. Growing up there she was a helper to families during the war era, by cleaning and cook for others.

She continued with helping elderly, caring for and cleaning and thru out her years in the U.S.A. She was a homemaker and a loving mother to her family. She lived her last 2 months at Woodcrest in Decatur, In.

She married Jan L. Troost on September 4th 1952. He died November 6th 2020.

Serving family members are 5 children; Leo Troost-Netherlands, Johanna Hursey-Decatur, In, Ingrid (Tony) Mendez-Decatur, In, John (Donna) Troost-Fort Wayne In, Gary (Querine) Troost-Fort Wayne, In. Six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

The family will be having a private memorial and dinner honoring our mother.
