Albert P. Elias , 88, died Sunday, March 7, 2010, at his home. Born in Moline, Ill., son of the late Joseph and Madeline Elias, he lived in Fort Wayne his entire life. The World War II Army Veteran was a truck driver and spray painter for Fruehauf Sales and Service for 44 years. Surviving are his sons, James "Bill" (Jerry) Elias of Fremont, Daniel A. (Mary) Elias, and Nicholas K."Nick" Elias of Fort Wayne; sisters, Louise Schaffer and Rose Mary (Rolland) Johnson both of Harlan; daughters-in-law, Beulah M. Elias, Judy Moore and Kim Elias; 9 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Mona Elias, June of 2009; a brother; and 2 sisters. Memorial service is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 13, 2010 at First Assembly of God on Washington Center Road, door # 15, with visitation from 12-2 at the church.
