Alice Louise (King) Dahman, 90, passed Friday May 5, 2017. Born in Ft. Wayne, IN she is the daughter of the late Lydia Louise (Bender) King Wirick and Otto B. King. She graduated from Central High School in 1944. She married the love of her life in 1946 and quickly became a wonderful homemaker to her family.
Her favorite past-time was spending time with her children and grandchildren. While her favorite hobbies were traveling with her husband and bowling
She is survived by her children Annette Wigge, William T Dahman Jr (Ann) and D. Michael Dahman (May). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren Kim Wigge, Bryan Wigge (Sara), Scott Wigge (Tara), Maria (Dahman) Leiseca (Michael), Aaron Dahman, Georgia Dahman, Devin Dahman (Katherine), Christa (Dahman) Zaborske (John), Deanna (Dahman) Hunnewell (Nathaniel), Teresa (Dahman) Light (Justin) and Sean Dahman. She is as well survived by his 10 great-children J. Saige Wigge, William Wigge, N. Asher Wigge, Elijah Wigge, Addison Wigge, Liam Leiseca, Bertrand Leiseca, Alister Dahman, Miles Dahman and Zathan Dahman.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, William Thomas Dahman, Sr. in 2003; her brother, Lester R King and her sister, Dorothy (King) Barr.
Celebration of Alice''s Life is 1 p.m., Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling two hours prior. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to Hope for Animals or Shepherds House.
