Allexsa Ryeanne Ladd, 25, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on April 28, 2024.

She was born in Fort Wayne, IN on June 27, 1998, a daughter of Daniel Potts and Dawn (John Bopp) Ormiston.

In her spare time, she enjoyed writing, poetry, music, and spending time outdoors. She will be remembered for being a loving mother, and somebody who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Kinslee Mae Woods and Matthew Dean Ladd; siblings, Cevin Bopp, Joe Bopp, Austin Potts, Torri Potts, Kristina Christy, Deitrich Ormiston, Tyler (Robinson) Potts, Jacob Bopp; parents, Daniel Potts and Dawn (John Bopp) Ormiston; and husband, Travis William Ladd.

A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at Covington Memorial Gardens, 8408 Covington Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46804.

Visitation will be held from 12 PM to 2 PM on Tuesday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home.
