Ann Elizabeth Spink, 78, of Fort Wayne, died on Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Visiting Nurse. Born in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of the late Louis Matthew Saksefski and Mary Magdalen Maier. She was owner and operator of Stoney Creek Chiropractic Center. She was a member of the American Chiropractic Association and Indiana State Chiropractic Association and American Dietetic Association. She attended St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Bethann Appleman of Fort Wayne; brother, Gervase Saksefski of Alabama; and a sister, Monica Saksefski of Wisconsin.

She is preceded in death by three brothers, Louis, Jerome and Wilfred Saksefski.

Preferred memorials are to Matthew 25 or Visiting Nurse.
