Annette Fay Geisleman, 57, died Monday July 9, 2018.  She was born on August 15, 1960 in Fort Wayne, IN to Bonnie Geisleman-Muncey and the late Glenn Geisleman.

Surviving along with her mother;  is a son Mark Keplinger; sisters, Vicki (Doyle) Burnworth, Elaine Chapin; and a brother, Steven Geisleman; 3 grandchildren, Hazel, Maggie, Astoria; and 1 great-grandson, Oliver.

Annette was preceded in death by 2 sons, Toby and Troy Crawford.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2018 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling 30 minutes prior to service.  Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
