Annette L. "Mama" Moon, 49, died Monday November 23, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born August 4, 1966 in Bakersfield, CA to Edwin Ingalls and Patricia Ingalls-Spaulding. Annette was a member of the First Church of Christ Garrett and for 10 years active in the Garrett Christmas Bureau and various Community Services.

Surviving is her Fianc David Kimmel, sons, Cody and Garrett Moon, brother Chad (Tracy) Ingalls, mother, Patricia (Jim) Spaulding, father, Edwin (Marti) Ingalls. Annette was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Angie and Connie.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday December 6, 2015 at the First Church of Christ, 213 E. Kings St Garrett. IN. 46738, with calling from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers preferred memorial may be given to Heartland Hospice or the Church. Entombment will be in Covington Memorial Gardens.
