Antoinette "Tonny" M. Van Ooyen, 77, died Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the St. Anne Home. Born May 3, 1934 in Ubachsberg, The Netherlands to the late Jan and Clementine Dormans. Antoinette was a social worker for 10 years at Park Center. Surviving are children, Wendy (Roger) Waterval-Van Ooyen, Joe (Doreen) Van Ooyen, brothers, Lou (Kitty) Dormans, Theo Dormans, sisters, Jose Voorselen, Bertie Montfroy, grandchildren, Noah, Senna, Kristopher, Connor, Cody, great-grandchildren, Haiden and Aniyah. She was preceded in death by her husband Josef Lambert Van Ooyen in 2001. Services are 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 30, 2012 at St. Anne Home Chapel 1900 Randallia. There will be visitation 2 hours prior to service at St. Anne Home. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
