Arline D Ellis-Young (Fraker), 90, passed away on September 24, 2025 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born May 11, 1935 in Wauseon, Ohio to Zara and Loren Fraker. She met and in 1954 married the love of her life Leonard S Ellis Jr. (deceased 1995). They have 5 children, all living, Daniel (Rose) Ellis, Cindy (Kenton) Kline, Michael (Donna) Ellis, Mark (Erica) Ellis and Lisa (Dean) Pollock, 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Leonard's parents, his seven brothers and two sisters played a major role in Arline's life. She also has a half-sister, Debra Fraker. Her second husband, Robert Young preceded her in death in 2022. Arline knew no strangers and would chat with anyone willing to listen. She wore her heart on her sleeve, always had a smile on her face and loved to laugh. Arline loved her family with all her heart and was an amazing mother, wife and friend to all. The world is a little dimmer without her in it. She is also survived by her constant companion at her assisted living facility , Don York. A Celebration of Life picnic (pot luck) will be held Sunday, May 10, 2026 at noon at the Pond Pavilion in Franke Park (save the date).
