Arthur D. Connett, 76, of Ft. Wayne, passed away Sunday, Dec. 30, 2007 to join his loving wife, Mary Mae Connett of 53 years. He is survived by his sons, Charles (Chris) of Elkhart, Robert, and Richard (Victoria); daughters Susan Malott, Ruth (Michael) Craig of Bedford, Betty Jean Kelly and Laura (Thomas) Burk; 18 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Arthur was also preceded in death by his brothers and sisters. He was a wonderful and loving father who will be greatly missed. Services will be 11:00a.m. Thur. Jan. 3, 2007 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd, with calling there on Wed. from 2:00-4:00p.m. and 6:00-8:00p.m. Memorials can be made to Allen County Cancer Services or Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home.
