Barbara Smith (Klee) Smith's Obituary
Barbara June Smith, 80, went home to her Heavenly Father, Thursday March 17, 2016. She was born June 20, 1935 in Streator, IL to the late Raymond T. and Susan J. (Pouk) Klee. Her love was her Lord and the church. She was a member at First Assembly of God Church where she was a cook for the Cornerstone Daycare.
Surviving is her son, Jim (Tanya) Smith, daughter, Nancy Lightfoot, 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, sisters, Bobbie (Richard) Griffin, Raylene (Don) Harcar, and Joyce Rich. Barb was preceded in death by her husband Fred "Smitty", Ray and Sue Ward, 3 grandchildren and a sister, Patricia.
A memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday March 22, 2016 at First Assembly of God Church 1400 W. Washington Center Rd. Ft. Wayne, IN 46825 with calling 1 hour prior to service. Pastor Ron Hawkins will officiate.
Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery in Streator, IL.
