Barbara J. Zartman, 86, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at home in Fort Wayne, IN. Born in Muncie, IN, Barbara was a daughter to the late George Adams and Marie (Hendrickson) Musser. Barbara was a graduate of Central High School. She married James F. Zartman on September 25, 1954 and he preceded her in death on January 24, 2006. Barbara worked for Magnavox, retiring after 30 years. She enjoyed playing bingo and was an avid sports fan. Surviving are her children, Sandra Trowbridge and Rick (Donna) Zartman; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Barbara was also preceded in death by her step-father, Clyde Musser; son, Roger Zartman; and her brothers and sisters. Funeral service 1:00pm, Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Visitation also from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
