Barbra Ann Scheele, 84, went home to be with Jesus Thursday May 11, 2017. She was born May 26, 1932 in Baudette, MN to the late Yngve and Edna Gustafson. Barbra was a Registered Nurse and loving wife, mother and grandmother. A 1954 graduate of the Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing Barbra was a Surgical Nurse and assisted her husband in his dental practice and then set her career aside to raise their family. She was an active member of The Chapel and an avid seamstress and gardener.

Surviving is her husband of 60 years Dr. Ronald Scheele, children, Ronald (Julie) Scheele Jr., Laura Scheele, Daniel (Tammy) Scheele, Stephen (Lori) Scheele, Janalynn (Tony) Miller, 2 sisters, Janice (Frank) Huston, Ruth (Doye) Phillips and 9 grandchildren, K ate, Ben, Tyler, Gavin, Camille, Dylan, Victoria, Jacob, Andrew, and faithful friend and companion Ginger. She was preceded in death by 2 siblings Clyde Gustafson and Margaret Finnell.

Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday May 20, 2017 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with visitation 1 hour prior to service. There is also visitation Friday from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home or The Chapel.
