Berdena E. Norris, 89, of Fort Wayne passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at her home.  Bernie was born February 16, 1931 in Ashley, IN a daughter of the late Russell and Kathryn (Bartels) Wiler.  In addition to being a full time homemaker, she worked as a sales clerk over the years.  Bernie was a member of the Cedar Lake Church of the Brethren.  Surviving are her children, Linda (Brian) Norris; Douglas (Sandra) Sanders; Patricia (Todd) Brown; Bill (Brenda) Norris; and numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by husbands, Ned Sanders and Dean Norris; and daughter, Deborah Poffenberger.  Funeral service is 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with visitation one hour prior.  Burial will follow in Covington Memorial Gardens.  Memorial donations may be made to Riley Hospital for Children or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
