BETTY HARDESTY, 79, of Fort Wayne, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2008. She is survived by her sons, Gilbert "Gil", Walter Jr., Kenneth, Keith, Wayne, Timothy and Ricky Hardesty; daughters, Kathy West and Penny Hardesty; 34 grandchildren; and 25 great-grand children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter and daughter, Tina Shirely. Funeral service is 10 a.m. Thursday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road.
