Betty Jane Wambach, 86, of Ft. Wayne, passed away on June 16, 2023. She was born in Ft. Wayne, IN on June 2, 1937 a daughter of the late Herbert and Mable Mayer.

Betty is graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelors of Education.
She worked as a school teacher for a few years until she started raising her family.

Betty enjoyed spending quality time with her family, cookouts and holiday get-togethers.
She is survived by her children, Steve (Stacey) Wambach and Todd (Ronda) Wambach; grandchildren, Grayson (Kara), Braden, Rowan, and Talin Wambach; and great-grandchildren, Rose and Noah Wambach.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Ann Summe.
