Brandon Lee Hanks, 30, of Fort Wayne, died on, Sunday, December 7, 2014. He worked in the Allen County Prosecutors Office/child support division. Previously he worked at Rave Motion Pictures and Pak Mail at Dupont Village. "Brandon your wit and warped sense of humor, smile, laughter and genuine kindness will be missed. You are loved beyond measure."

He is survived by his wife, Kelly Sun (Rectanus) Hanks; daughter, Lucy Hanks; father, Jeffery (Nancy) Hanks; mother, Tammy (Kevin) Sanders; brother, Jansen; sisters, Amy (Devin) Bouwers and Lyndsey Hanks; grandparents, Wilber (Sharon) Hanks, Wilma (Ron) Gevers, Richard (Barb) Merrill and Jr (Connie) Sanders; parents in law, David (Chom) Rectanus; and brother in law, Kevin Rectanus''; many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins and his friends that he considered family.

Funeral Service is 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior to service. Calling is also 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday, December 12, 2014 at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens.
