Bryant Lee Garrett, 28, passed away Friday, April 14, 2023. Born April 11, 1995, he was the son of Angie (Bruner) Sahyouni and David Sahyouni.  Bryant, affectionately known as Bry Bry by many of his friends and family, was a cherished brother, son, nephew, grandson, cousin and friend.  He was loved by so many and had a heart of gold.  Bryant loved anything to do with the outdoors.  As a child, he was well known for catching all types of critters, from snakes to frogs to tarantulas, and then chasing people around with them.

Bryant fought his disease so hard for so many years, and we find comfort in knowing he is finally at peace.
Bryant is survived by his sister, Leighton Sahyouni, his grandparents, Debra (Yarman) Heraldo, David W. Bruner and Ginny and Adam Sahyouni, his aunts and uncles, Chris Bruner, Amanda (Benjamin) Kelly, Paula (Justin) Forrester, Mike McDougall, Emily McGee and Adam Sahyouni.  He is also survived by his "second" mom, Kim Rochford, his "second" family, the Kroemer's, great aunts Pam Harber, Cindy (Steve) Jewel, Kim (Mike) Mays, Mary Beth (Bruner) Johnson, and uncle Ray Yarman II; along with several cousins and friends that he loved like siblings. He was preceded in death by his uncle David E. Bruner, great grandparents Ray and Ginny Yarman and Barbara and Roland Bruner, great uncle Rex Yarman, cousins Steven "Stooie" Blain, Russell Jewel, Ray "Trey" Yarman, III and Godfather Leonard Hunter.

Funeral Services will be held at 4 PM Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8404 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804, with visitation from 2 PM to 4 PM prior to the service.
