C. Robert "Bob" Wolfe, 85, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Lutheran Hospital. Born in Bedford, he was the son of the late Cecil and Lois (nee, Wallace) Wolfe. He was a member of Trinity English Lutheran Church. The WWII Army Veteran retired from the Fort Wayne after many years from Computer Sales.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Clara Mae (nee, Rasmussen) Wolfe; sons and daughters in law, Doug and Valerie Wolfe and Mark and Tammy Wolfe both of Fort Wayne, Jon and Lynn Wolfe Bolingbrook, Illinois, and Bill and Sherri of Indianapolis; brother and sister in law , Wallace "Dean" and Caroline Wolfe of Arizona; aunt, Edith Marthin of Columbus, Indiana; sister in law, Charlotte Wolfe of South Holland, Illinois; eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Wolfe.
Funeral Service is 11 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Trinity English Lutheran Church, 405 West Wayne St, with one hour of calling prior. Calling is also 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2012 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road. He will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial are to Trinity English Lutheran Church.
