Candace Lynn Eastman's Obituary
Candace Lynn Eastman 61, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017. She was born August 1, 1955 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Roger and Alice Carpenter. Over the years Candace managed various bars in the city. Candy''s family wants to thank Covington Manor Rehab and Heartland Hospice for their compassion and caring.
Surviving is her son, Nathan (Gina Stroh) Carpenter, siblings, Lisa (George) Gerdes, Tammie (Gary) Hake, Tina (Amy) Carpenter, Tracey Carpenter, Neil Carpenter and 1 granddaughter Ruby-Rose Carpenter. Candy leaves behind two special friends Roxanne Rodey and Kim Babcock. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Eastman in 2000.
Honoring Candy''s wishes there will be no viewing or services. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Preferred memorials are to Heartland Hospice.
