Carol Dalman Liechty (nee Carol Lou Small), 82, passed away Tuesday, March, 2, 2021.  Born in Huntington IN, she was the daughter of Frances E. (Hipskind) Small and Edwin Ross Small.  Carol was a cheerleader and a 1956 graduate of Andrews(IN) High School.  Much of her adult life, she was employed as a manager at Supermarket Service in Fort Wayne, IN.  She was an involved member of Emmanuel Community Church along with her husband Danny. Carol enjoyed sewing and cooking for frequent family gatherings.  All of her life, she enjoyed spending winters at Lauderdale by the Sea, FL and weekends at the lake.  Most of all, she cherished spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and her many precious friends.

She is survived by her loving husband Danny Liechty, Fort Wayne; sons, Gregory Dalman, Lauderdale by the Sea, FL, Jeffrey (Sydney) Dalman, Woodstock GA; her five beloved grandchildren - Javan, Jerica, Spencer, Elizabeth and Jonathan; sisters, Lois Hanselman, Troy, OH and  Shirley "Kay" Ayres, Lakeland, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Her Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, March 5, 2021 at 2:00pm - Emmanuel Community Church, 12222 W Hwy 24 Fort Wayne, with visitation from 12:00- 2:00pm.  Internment at Mount Hope Cemetery, H
