Carol Mildred Augustine, 84, of Fort Wayne, died on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Lutheran Life Villages. Carol was born in New York City, New York, to the late Herman Margulies and Jean Fink. She retired from the school systems as an administrated assistant. She attended St. Henry's Mass at Lutheran Life Villages. She became involved with the League of the Blind.

She is survived by her son, Gerard (Pamela) Augustine of New Haven; daughter, Susan (Don) Klein of California; sister, Elaine Kramer of Boston, Massachusetts; eight grandchildren, Thomas (Lisa) Miller, Anngelina Augustine, Joshua (April) Augustine, Stephanie Augustine, Caitlyn Augustine, Karena Augustine, Doug (Amber) Klein and Derek Klein; and two great granddaughters, Lilliana Miller and Daisy Augustine.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Sonny Anthony Augustine, in 2004.
