Carole A. Pratt, 82, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Kingston Care Center in Fort Wayne, IN. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, she was a daughter of the late Howard Eiter and Fern Mary (Eiter) Miller. Carole married Charles Pratt in 1965; and he preceded her in death on November 1, 2022. She worked for Magnavox for over 30 years, until her retirement. Carole enjoyed buying, collecting and selling costume jewelry, traveling, and dancing. She loved spending time with friends and family and was crazy about Elvis. Surviving are her children, Howard (Yolanda) Duff, Rhonda (Ron) Baker, Claudia (Dean) Wayer, and Cindy Mullins; 11 grandchildren; and seven great- grandchildren. Carole was also preceded in death by her son, Roy Duff; and brothers, Don Eiter and Dave Barrand. Funeral service 1:00pm, Friday, April 14, 2023 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home with visitation from 11:00am to 1:00pm prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
