Cecilia Elizabeth Case, 55, passed away, Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home. She was the daughter of the late Agnes and John Case. She was born in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and from a young age, her love for life was contagious. She preferred the company of others and always kept the door open to her home. After finishing with a Bachelor''s Degree from Temple University, she graduated Summa Cum Laude at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While on a business trip in Florida, she met the love of her life, Doug, at Disney World. To be with him, she moved to Indiana where they eventually married. While in Fort Wayne, she worked as an attorney for the City of Fort Wayne. She loved to stich, play golf, swim, cook, and was involved with her community in countless ways. Her most recent endeavor was as a participant in Fort Wayne''s Smallest Winner. Her cancer was unexpected and fast growing. In the last months of her life, someone from her extended family was always by her side. She is survived by her husband, Douglas Freiburger; five children, Justin Bailey, Tyson Freiburger, Katie Bailey, Maggie Bailey and Taylor Freiburger; four sisters and two brothers. Service is 4:00 p.m., Friday, at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling two hours prior.
