Charles Davis, 75, of Ft. Wayne, passed away Monday September 8, 2008 at his home. He was a member of the VFW Local 857 and had worked for Con Rail. Charles is survived by Marjorie; sons Charles Jr. and Thomas E. (Joy) Davis; daughters Pamela Davis-Laguna and Brenda L. Davis; sisters Lora Ervin of Georgia and Beatrice Hale of Tennessee; sister-in-law Gladys Davis of Georgia; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents and eight brothers and sisters. Funeral service will be 1:00pm Friday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington RD with calling two hours prior.
