Charles "Chuck" Edward Gormley, 73, of Fort Wayne, passed on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born in Wheeling, West Virginia, on January 10, 1940, he was the son to the late, Francis Edward Gormley and Lena I. (Barker) Gormley. He worked for Lorain Ford Motor Plant and then retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad. He was an Army Reserve Veteran was a member of the Eagles and officer in the Army Navy Club.

He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Sarah "Jane" (Seidel) Gormley; children, Holly (Gregg) Ford, Jill (Steven) Cory and Rick (Cindy) Barton; step children, Mildred Hockenbrock, Deborah Reeder, Alice Long, Bruce Foreman and Lester Foreman; brothers, Sonny (Betty), William (Bobbie) and Michael (Karen) Gormley; aunt, Delores Creech; grandchildren.

Per Charles''s request a direct cremation with a memorial service between 6:30 to 7 p.m., April 11, 2013 at the Army Navy Club 57, 2025 Olladale Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46808-1764. In lieu of flowers memorials are to the family.
