Charles Edward Pratt, 81, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born in Fort Wayne to the late Charles and Crystal (Shady) Pratt. Charles married Carole Duff in 1965 and she survives. He worked for the City of Fort Wayne Park Department for 29 years, retiring in 1996. He also worked as a Security Officer for Pinkerton. Charles enjoyed fishing, traveling, dancing and going to the casino. He loved spending time with friends and family. Surviving are his children, Howard (Yolanda) Duff, Rhonda (Ron) Baker, Claudia (Dean) Wayer and Cindy Mullins; 11 grandchildren, 7 great- grandchildren; and sister, Anna Falconi. Charles was also preceded in death by his son, Roy Duff; and sister, Charlene Brockman. Funeral service will be at 11:00am, Friday, November 11, 2022 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home with visitation from 9:00am to 11:00am prior to the funeral service. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
