Cheryl Ann Haddix, 69, died January 28, 2013 Monday at her home. She was born October 15, 1943 in Columbus, OH to the late Harold and Helen George.
Surviving are her son Kurk (Tina) Haddix, Ossian, IN, brother, Geoffery H. George and 3 grandchildren, Timothy (Grace) Rockstroh, Robert Haddix and Kathleen Haddix.
Honoring Cheryl''s request there will be no viewing or service. Inurnment will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Preferred Memorial to the Ossian Volunteer Fire Department. Covington Memorial Funeral Home assisting family with arrangements.
