Clarence P. Nantz Jr., 90, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, January 4, 2014. He was born November 30, 1923, in Akron, Ohio, to the late Clarence and Callie Nantz Sr. He retired from Zollner Corporation as a Machinist. For over 60 years he was active at First Assembly of God.

Surviving are his children, Sharon R. (Mel) Winburn, Barbara A. (Magdy) Habeshy, David B. Nantz, Daniel B. (Brenda) Nantz, sisters, Lorene Stout, Elizabeth (Marvin) Morgan, grandchildren, Seth Sundell, Sheldon Sundell, Samuel Sundell, Sarah Sundell, Jonathon Habeshy, Marissa Habeshy, Chrissy Habeshy, Hannah Nantz, Erica Nantz and Micah Nantz, and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Vivian (Ness) Nantz in 2003 and 4 brothers, George, Robert, James, and Billy Nantz.

Memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday January 10, 2014 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with calling from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Preferred memorial to; American Bible Society. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
