Connie Faye Partin, at a young 67, took the walk on Saturday, August 16, 2008 and left behind her husband Marion; four children Timmy (Tammie K.), Tammy Faye (Michael), Cherrie and Elmer (Athena); five grandchildren Joshua, Lacey, Travis, Sarah, Megan and Tracie; three great grandchildren Madison, Alana and Dezaray; sister Wanda; and brothers Charles, Joseph, Raymond, and Dennis. She is preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Roena Yeary; sisters Etta and Helen; and brother Kenneth. "The Lord sent the angels from heaven for our mom''s hand while she laid waiting with our Dad at her side to walk with the master up Calvary''s hill to be with her Dad, Mom, and sisters. With all our Love, Good Bye Mom." Funeral service will be Wednesday 1:00pm at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington RD with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be there on Tuesday at 2-4 and 6-8:00p.m. Memorials can be made to the American Stroke Foundation or the Epilepsy Foundation.
