Constance "Connie" Simmons, 67, passed away on September 16, 2024.

She was born in Fort Wayne, IN on November 17, 1956, a daughter of the late A.W. and Arlene Beck.

She worked at Weiland Furniture as a purchaser and expeditor until her retirement.

In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing. She and her family enjoyed traveling wide and far, and Gatlinburg, TN was her favorite place to visit. She will be remembered for her love of all animals and her beloved pets.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Mike Simmons; son, Travis Simmons; and brother, Brad Beck.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at Abundant Life Church, 3301 E Coliseum Blvd Rm 100, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, with calling one hour prior.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46804.

Burial will take place in Covington Memorial Gardens, Ft. Wayne, IN.
