Craig Douglas, 56, died March 30, 2010 at Dekalb Memorial Hospital. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Otho and Anne (nee Hogan) Douglas. He was a Truck Driver for USF Holland for 18 years and a member of the Teamsters Local #414. He was a member of the Leo United Methodist Church. A devoted husband, loving father and proud grandpa, he will be missed greatly by all. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Kathleen; son, Jared (Tonya)of Auburn; daughter, Laura (Randy) Stegall of Deland, Fla.; brothers, Thomas, Gary and Steven Douglas; sisters, Karen Miller and Susan Reinking; one granddaughter, Sarah Stegall and Gracie Douglas who is due any day. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Sarah Ann Douglas, in 2002; and sister, Sharon Douglas. Service is 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior to service. Calling is also Friday 4-8 at the Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest by his daughter at Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorials are to Sarah A. Douglas Memorial Scholarship Fund.
