Danny G. Dafforn, 83, went home to his Lord Friday, December 7, 2018.  He was born On August 21, 1935 in Zanesville, IN to the late Vernon and Mary Dafforn.  He worked for Cover All Rental for 20 years then drew wire for 30 plus years at the Fort Wayne Metals Corp. Danny along with Marjoria were active members of The Chapel attending Sunday School, and Bible Study.  He was a wonderful provider to his family and loved spending time and traveling with family and friends, adored by all who knew him.

Married on June 18, 1960 to Marjoria (Stickler) Dafforn who survives along with their children; Julie Ann (Gary) Ratliff-Hickling, Sallie Ann (Jeff) Hersha, Michael Lynn Dafforn, Jeffery Scott (Kookie) Dafforn, brother Jack (Pat) Dafforn, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.  Danny was preceded in death by 2 siblings, Lynn and Kirby Dafforn.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday December 12, 2018 at The Chapel 2505 W. Hamilton Rd. S. Ft. Wayne with viewing 1 hour prior to service.  There is also viewing at The Chapel Tuesday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Preferred memorials are to The Chapel.  Entombment will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.   www.covingtonmemorial.com
