David Lee Schumm, 51, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, May 28th. He was born on November 21st, 1973, in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Walter and Gail (Gariepy) Schumm.

David worked as a manager in the shipping department at Cadillac Coffee. He was a very loving person who enjoyed fishing, football, his dogs, and spending time with his niece and nephews.

He is survived by his father Walter Schumm, brother Joe (Diane) Schumm, sister Tammy Folkner, nephews Derek Folkner and Joey Schumm, and niece Hannalora Folkner.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gail Schumm.

The family has chosen to have a private service.
