Debra K. Clark, 47, died Thursday June 29, 2017. She was born April 26, 1970 in Ft. Wayne, IN to Dennis and Jane Rice. Debra worked for Shambaugh & Sons.
Surviving are her children, Brandon Clark and Bianca (Keion Pernell) Tawdul, siblings, Dennis Rice Jr. and Doreena (Todd) Bowser and 2 grandchildren.
Services are 5:00 p.m. Thursday July 6, 2017 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with viewing one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to the family.
