Obituary

Delois Ann Goss "Goldie" 72 passed away on Monday July 10, 2023. Goldie was born April 6 1951 in Gates, Tennessee to the union of Clinton L.T. Goss and Lucy Jane Morris Goss. She graduated 1971 with LPN licensing in nursing. After graduation she moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and resided there until 2010 when she retired from Nursing. She moved to Fort Wayne Indiana in 2010 to be closer to family. Goldie was Baptist in 1965 as one of Jehovah's witnesses and remained one until death.

She had a quirky sense humor and at times was hard to deal with but to know her was to love her. She enjoyed finding things and making them her own. She loved antiques and often would replenish them to a new style to match her décor. She was very creative and had a wild imagination. We really got to enjoy some good times during her last days. She really loved food and everything was so good. She would often compliment us sisters on how good we cooked. She had a good heart which lead her to adopt 4 children in 1996 that she raised as her own. She leaves to cherish her memory; her 3 children, Jesse Goss, Jasmia Goss and Luisa Goss all of
Milwaukee, Wisconsin; grandson, Kenai Khalil Goss also of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; her siblings, Mary Ann Rockett of Benton Harbor, Michigan, James (Nancy) Goss of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Richard Goss of Joplin, Missouri, Brenda Goss of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Belinda (Jeremy) Cretsinger of Edinburgh, Indiana, Travis Goss, Trina (Marlon) Williams and Regina Goss all of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and a host of nieces nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sarah Banks; father and mother; Clinton and Lucy Goss; grandfather and grandmother; uncle, aunts, nephew and a host of cousins.
