Delores Dennis, 87, died Monday, December 18, 2017 at Lutheran Hospital with her family at her side. Born in Akron, Ohio she was a daughter to the late, Ernest and Mabel (Tawney) Rogers. Delores enjoyed knitting and was a talented quilter; welcoming all her granddaughters and great grandchildren with a handmade quilt.

She is survived by her children, Andrew Rogers of West Virginia and Sheila (Roger) Bremer of Fort Wayne; granddaughters, Jami (Casey), Ashley (Kelly), Lindsey (Ryan) and Andrea; great grandchildren, Spencer, Chloe, Kinsey, Cambree, Gracyn, Zayn, Hunter, Jorja, Alex and one on the way; siblings, Ginger Johnson, Dorma Drake, Charlotte Dilno, Patricia Conley and Carroll Rogers.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Delbert, in 2014; siblings, Barbara Beistle, Keith and Kermit Rogers

Private services were held for the family. She was entombed at Covington Memorial Gardens.
