Diane Durlacher, 73, of Fort Wayne passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020 at her home with her family by her side.  Born in Paterson, NJ she was the daughter of the late George W. and Bertha (Soukup) Folley.  While volunteering for the Ambulance Corps, she met the love of her life, Paul William Durlacher.  He passed away just less than a year ago. They enjoyed 41 years of marriage. She was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne.  Previously she was a long time member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Fairlawn, NJ where she served as the church secretary.  Diane enjoyed cooking and many crafts, especially crochet and cross stitch.  Surviving is her son and daughter in law, Chris and Stacey Durlacher of Fort Wayne; grandsons, Hunter and Trapper; sisters in law, Joanna DeBell and Barbara Ghaffari, both of New Jersey; nieces and nephews, Shiela Johnson; Rahmin Ghaffari; Darren Ghaffari; Mega Ghaffari; and Jordan Ghaffari.  Funeral service is 11:00 AM Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with Pastor Roy Olsen officiating.  Visitation is from 9:00 AM until time of service.  Memorial donations may be made to Emmaus Lutheran School.
