Donald L. Trump, 91, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Ashton Creek Health and Rehabilitation. He was born December 29, 1924 in Donovan, IL to the late Curtis and Marie Trump. He was a Caring, Loving, Father, Brother, Grandfather, and Great-grandfather. Don retired after 45 years of service from Dana Corporation, where he held positions from Production to Management. Don enjoyed attending and watching all forms of racing, especially Nascar. He also loved and cherished time with family, camping, nature watching, and senior moments activities at the Agape. He was a member of Hope United Methodist Church, and in his later years attended Agape Church of the Brethren.
Surviving are his daughter Ann M. Trump, Dacula, Georgia, sons Gary A. (Julie), Fort Wayne, IN, Douglas L., Germantown, Ohio, James E. (Jenni), Cincinnati, Ohio, sister Shirley Eloph, Decatur, IN, 9 grandchildren, Dax (Ashley), Derek (Alisha), Josh, Jessica (Steve), Ryan, Curtis, Kevin, Andy (Kelly) Jeremy (Kaylee), and 11 great-grandchildren, Noah, Luke, Jude, Alexa, Khloe, Kingsley, Keegan, Kellen, Emma, Connor, Lilliana. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Lou Trump, son Larry Wayne, sisters, Betty Martin and Mary Stucky.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2016 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with viewing one hour prior to service. There is also viewing Thursday October, 13 at the funeral home from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Burial will be in the Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Preferred memorials are to Heartland Hospice or Agape Church of the Brethren.
