Donald Eugene Ormiston, Jr., 62, passed suddenly Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Lutheran Hospital. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late, Donald, Sr. and Grace "Cindy" Ormiston. Donald worked for KT Trucking and was a member of Teamsters Local 414.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Julia Ormiston; sons, Scott Lawson of Indianapolis and Brad (Marka) Lawson of South Bend; brothers, Steve (Denise) of Colorado and Bruce (Tamara) of Frankton; sister, Pam Young of Colorado; nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews; two that look forward to spending time with their favorite uncle, Wrigley and Turner.

Memorial Service is 4 p.m., Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with visitation from 2-4 p.m. Preferred memorials are to Visiting Nurse.
