Doris Olga Evertson, 89, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday Sept. 12, 2007 at Lutheran Home. Born Dec. 9, 1917 in Fort Wayne, she was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and a volunteer at Concord Village & Lutheran Home. She is survived by sons, Michael (Cynthia) Evertson, and Steven Evertson both of Fort Wayne; a brother, Jim (Patricia) McGinley of Wisconsin; a sister, Carol McGinley of Fort Wayne; grand daughters, Lisa and Danielle, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles. Memorial service Monday 1:30 p.m.at Lutheran Home Memorial Chapel 6723 S. Anthony Blvd. Memorial calling Sunday 2-5 p.m. at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens.
