Doris Jean (Hatch) Conn, age 86, of Fort Wayne passed away on December 5, 2021.  She worked in the accounting department at Fort Wayne Newspapers, Scott's Food Stores, Sears Operation Services and Aon.  Doris was a member of Brookside Church and loved her Brookside family.  Her joy in life was found through Christ and the blessing of her four children.  Surviving are her beloved husband, Robert Conn; daughters, Linda (Barry) Bender, and Brenda (Paul) Babits; sons, Kent Taylor, and Kevin Taylor; ten grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Lewis and Gladys Hatch; brother, David Hatch; and sister, Janice Woods.  Service will be Saturday, December 11 at 4:00pm at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN  46804, with visitation two hours prior to service.  Entombment in Covington Memorial Gardens.  Memorials may be made to Brookside Church.
