Doris P. Haber, 77, went home to her Lord Sunday, February 5, 2017. She was born October 3, 1939 in Chattanooga, TN to the late Asa and Florence Holloway. Doris was a member of Waynedale Baptist.

Surviving is her husband, Donald Haber; children, Julie (David) Slater, Jerry (Lorri) Haber, Jeffrey (Michelle) Haber; granddaughters, Britny and Brooke, step grandson, Trevan; great-grandson, Jaxton; and sister Joyce Trim.

Doris was preceded in death by 4 siblings, Julia, Wanda, Bo and Lamar.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 10, 2017 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with visitation 30 minutes prior to service. There is also visitation Thursday February 9, at the funeral home from 2 -4 and 6 - 8 p.m. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Preferred memorials are to Waynedale Baptist Church.
