Dorothy Mae Prince, 95, passed peacefully at home, Monday, May 1, 2017. Born April 11, 1922, in Zanesville, to the late Otto C. Graft and Minnie M. (Lopshire) Graft. Dorothy a hard worker never missing a day of school in her life was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Dave Prince of Fort Wayne and Cheryl (Kim) Irmscher of Lagrange; sister, Margaret Keyser of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Jody Prince, Tammi (Thomas) Pappas, Adam and Matt (Kaitlin) Irmscher; and two great grandchildren, Nicholas and Mila.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell W. Prince, in 1999; siblings, Bernice Ladig and Kenneth Graft.

Funeral service is Noon, Friday, May 5, 2017 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior. Pastor Mark Minnick will be officiating the service. Calling is also 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to Heartland Hospice.
