Dorothy V. Boger, 90, passed Thursday, November 19, 2015 at home. She had been a member of First Presbyterian Church for over 60 years and had served on Chancel Guild for several years. Dorothy was a member of Trinity Chapter #576 Order of the Eastern Star and also volunteered at the American Red Cross Blood Bank.

She is survived by her daughter, Roxanna "Sue" Boger; son, Robert "Buzz" Boger; grandchildren, Jason (Candice Lewark) Souers, Kim (Ed) Tinkel and Nicole (Cy) Young; six great grandchildren; brother, Robert (JoAnn) Tschannen; and a sister, Ruth (Virgil) Smith; sister in law, Carol Tschannen.

She was preceded in death by her husband of over 40 years, Kenneth L. Boger, on December 12, 2001; two sisters, Barbara (Joseph) Speith and infant, Elizabeth Tschannen; and one brother, Melvin Tschannen.

Funeral service is 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Covington Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, with calling two hours prior. She will be entombed at Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials are to the church, Hospice Home or Cancer Services of NE Indiana.
