Duane Robert Silvers, 61, died Monday, October 31, 2016. He was born January 22, 1954 in Ft. Wayne, IN to the late Oat G. and Edna A. Silvers. Duane was a member at Zion Lutheran Church as well as a custodian at Zion Lutheran School for 8 years. Duane served in the United States Army.

Surviving are his sister, Cheryl Silvers, brothers, Thomas, Dean Silvers, Roger (Joann) Silvers, Ronald (Jenn Sipe) Silvers and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday November 4, 2016 at Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd. with viewing from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Pastor Douglas Punke will officiate.
