Edith A. Lesh, 92, went home to her Heavenly Father on April 28, 2026, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born on March 10, 1934, in Ashtabula, Ohio, and dedicated much of her life to her family, her work, and her home, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and care that touched all who knew her.

Edith devoted 24 years of her professional life to Keefer Printing Company. Beyond her career, she found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life—fishing, tending to her yard, and most notably, being a homemaker. She thrived in the roles of mother and hostess. She enjoyed baking cookies, organizing gatherings, and having lunch with friends. Christmas held a special place in her heart, a time she treasured for bringing loved ones together and celebrating the spirit of family. Her love for children and her gentle, caring nature highlighted her character as a truly great person who treated everyone with kindness and respect.

Edith is survived by her three sons, Mark Lesh, Gary Lesh and his wife Barb, and David Lesh; her daughter, Rose Marie Lesh; and her grandson Jason McCornick and his wife Vanessa, along with three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Lucille Rounds; her husband, Jerrold Lesh; her grandson, Eric Lesh and her brother, Ronald Rounds.

Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2026, followed by additional visitation on May 8 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, all at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, 8408 Covington Road, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Burial will follow at Covington Memorial Gardens following the service
