ELDON LEE YOQUELET, 85, died Sunday, September 17, 2006 at his Fort Wayne residence. Born May 21, 1921 in Roanoke, Indiana to George & Lydia (Fulmer) Yoquelet, he was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps. and was retired as a foreman for Hagerman Construction. A member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, South Congregation and Waynedale Lodge #739, F.& A.M., Scottish Rite & Mizpah Shrine. He is survived by his loving companion, Gwendolyn Elaine Bradley; daughter, Connie Novak of Fort Wayne; sons, Michael (Betty) Yoquelet of Fort Wayne, David (Duretta) Yoquelet of Argos, IN and Philip (Linda) Yoquelet of Fort Wayne; sister, Mary Fairchild of Huntington; niece, Elsie Wygant of Roanoke and his grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Graveside Services 1:00PM Wednesday at Covington Memorial Gardens, 8408 Covington Road. The family's preferred memorial is the Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust, 2439 W. 16th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222.
