Elizabeth "Jane" Balbaugh, 69, died Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the Visiting Nurse Hospice Home. Born in Harlan, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Mildred Tomlinson. She was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Charles Balbaugh of Fort Wayne; sons, Chuck (Kim) Balbaugh and Scott Balbaugh both Roanoke; daughters, Carol (Bob) McCray of South Carolina and Dawn (Jerry Simerman) Winters of Ossian; brothers, Darrell Tomlinson of Elkhart and David Tomlinson of Fort Wayne; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Gathering for Family and Friends will be 11 to 2 p.m., on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Roanoke Brethren Church, 415 S. Main Street, Roankoe.
