Elizabeth Ann Leschinski, 50, of Fort Wayne passed away Monday, August 31, 2020 at Lutheran Hospital.  She was born April 4, 1970 in Youngstown, OH a daughter of the late Carl Juillerat and surviving Patricia (Vodicka) Juillerat.  Surviving are her children, Vincent Leschinski and Taylor (Dakota) Hoeppner; fiancé, Charles Locke; siblings, Bobby Younger; Debbie Wimer; Linda Younger; Pamela Younger; Jackie Cating; and Cathy Bortmas.  Arrangements by Covington Memorial Funeral Home 8408 Covington Rd.
